Store Policies

Shipping:

I ship USPS. Your package will have a tracking number. USPS is known to have lost a package or two. I can not control what happens to your package after I drop it off, so please be aware that I will not refund you for the loss of your items. At the cost to the customer, I will be happy to add insurance to your order.

Returns:

Due to the nature of my business, most items are custom made to order, so I do not accept returns. If there is a problem with the quality of your purchase, I will be happy to remedy the situation. Customer satisfaction is my TOP priority.

Wash/Care of Clothing:

Due to allergies in children, I DO NOT wash my fabric before sewing. I recommend washing all your items before wearing. Wash on cold and lay flat to dry.
